Treasurer Report
FYE 2025 Analysis - Overall net loss on paper for FYE 2025
Lower than expected revenues relative to the way that EAA amortizes annual and lifetime membership dues. Balance of funds in unearned income are $124,000. There is $62,000 "on account" with EAA.
Deficits have been addressed in the FYE 2025 Budget. Year-end expenses show less than 1% variance from budget which is a STRONG indication that the expenses of the organization are accurate and funds are being well stewarded
FYE 2025 Budget Analysis
Budget reflects some of the income realities such as a decrease in unrestricted donations, loss of major ad sponsor and royalties from Falcon insurance program. Takes into account budget shortfalls from FYE2024. CDARS investments now are returning greater than 4% in interest gains.
Summary
IAC is still in a sound financial position w/more than $400,000 in invested reserves. Relationship with EAA continues to improve and we are looking at options to make it easier to donate to the IAC.
IAC continues to appreciate the financial support of the membership.
