Ladies, check out these two fantastic scholarships from Ladies Love Taildraggers! Applications for the Tailwheel Endorsement Scholarship and the Upset & Spin Training Scholarship are currently open and eligible female pilots are encouraged to apply. Full Deflection's owner and CFII, Kendra Hart, is a 2019 Ladies Love Taildraggers Tailwheel Endorsement Scholarship winner herself. She is a full time airline pilot who didn’t want to stop teaching - so Full Deflection was born. She has hundreds of hours teaching aerobatics, tailwheel, spins, and upset recovery and deeply believes in the importance of this type of training to create safer, more skilled pilots.
Ladies Love Taildraggers - Tailwheel Endorsement Scholarship 2025

Once again, Ladies Love Taildraggers is offering an accomplished female private pilot an opportunity to earn her tailwheel endorsement. If you are a competent tri-cycle gear pilot who understands the value of learning to fly a tailwheel aircraft, we'd love to hear from you.
Flight instruction will be at Full Deflection Advanced Flight Training located at Spanish Fork Airport, KSPK, Utah, a 45 minute drive south of Salt Lake City. This scholarship includes 7 hours of flight training in an 8KCAB Super Decathlon.
Application deadline: April 15, 2025, midnight PST
Requirements:
- Must be female
- Must hold a minimum of Sport Pilot certificate
- Must be at least 18 yrs old
- Must weigh less than 190 lb

Ladies Love Taildraggers - Upset & Spin Training Scholarship 2025

Once again, Ladies Love Taildraggers is offering an accomplished female Taildragger pilot the opportunity to advance her skills with an Upset and Spin training scholarship. If you are a competent taildragger pilot, we'd love to hear from you.
Advanced Training instruction will be at Full Deflection Advanced Flight Training located at Spanish Fork Airport, KSPK, Utah, a 45 minute drive south of Salt Lake City. This scholarship includes 4 hours total flight instruction. Training includes:
- 3 Hours flying a Super Decathlon 8KCAB; Upset Training includes learning to recover from any attitude and gaining confidence while getting comfortable with the entire flight envelope.
- 1 Hour flying a Pitts S2B; Spin Training will go above and beyond your average spin training - where you'll get comfortable with all types of stalls, normal spins, and aggravated spins.
