The online version of the 2010 IAC Judge Revalidation and Currency (R&C) Exam is available from the Members Only section of the IAC Web Site in the "JUDGES" section. Also available are the PDF versions of the R&C and Regional Judge Exams. The PDF version of the National Judge Exam should be available soon.

The online exam system will provide immediate grade report upon completion to both the examinee (if you provide your email address at login) and the IAC Judge Program Chair, who will validate the examinee’s judging…

a. Each member can sign a petition form and email it. All names do not have to be placed on one form b. Written emails as endorsement will NOT be accepted, it MUST be on the petition form

The IAC board of directors has decided on the dates for the 2010 Nationals. They are Sunday, September 19th through Friday, September 24th, 2010 at the North Texas Regional Airport. The 2010 contest director is Doug Lovell.

Mike Heuer, long time board member and a past IAC president, was nominated and elected to the post of Treasurer at an evening board meeting on Wednesday, September 29th. Heuer fills the remaining term of Doug Bartlett who was recently elected IAC president.

Doug Bartlett was nominated and elected president at an IAC Board of Directors meeting last evening. Doug will fill the remainder of the term of late President Vicki Cruse, who died tragically in an accident last month at the World Aerobatic Championships. The term will end at AirVenture 2010.

The achievements and legacy of the late Vicki Cruse, International Aerobatic Club president and Experimental Aircraft Association director, will live on through a memorial scholarship established by women pilots from the Ninety-Nines and aviators throughout the world.



The Vicki Cruse Memorial Scholarship, which will be administered through the Ninety-Nines’ Amelia Earhart Memorial Scholarship Fund, will provide financial aid to women pilots for emergency maneuver and aerobatic training. The 25th World Aerobatic Championships came to a close on the evening of August 29th in Silverstone, UK. Though the event was marred by the tragic loss of Vicki Cruse, US Team pilot and IAC President, the event continued on in her memory and as a tribute to her as a pilot and friend. 60 pilots from 18 countries entered the event which was held at the home of British motorsports.
