Introduction
The goal of this report is to keep both the IACWEB team and the IAC leadership apprised of our progress to date, tasks remaining, and any major open issues.

Accomplishments
Look and Feel team (Jim Ward, Laurie Zaleski, Rafa Soldan):
- Finalized page layouts
- Worked on advertising guidelines, the final item prior to publishing version 1.0 of the Style Guide
- Issued a call for photos to be used in the web site's "banner" area. Laurie Zaleski will curate the submissions.

- Received new article on Government Representation from Darren Pleasance, Recreational Aerobatics from Gordon Penner, and updates from Mike Heuer on the "Getting Started" article. Thank you, gentlement!

- Provided initial draft of menu structure -- i.e. how content will be group and organized

Webmaster (DJ Molny):
- Updated the legal notices and P&P Manual; submitted to IAC Board for review
- Created a web site framework for the 2012 Nationals. Tim Walter will populate the site content.
- Enshrined the Look & Feel team's mockup pages at: mockup.iac.org
- Posted R&C updates to the legacy site
- Brainstormed with Jim Ward about on-line Judges training
Next Steps
Significant tasks remaining:
- Write software to automatically update our site's member records based on the latest EAA membership list. Target date: was 4/21, revised to 5/15.
- Finish content edits. Target date: 5/31.
- Implement the new look & feel. Target date: 5/15.
- Define the new menu hierarchy, and categorize each content page accordingly. Target date: was 5/15, revised to 5/31.
- Fix broken links. Target date: 5/15.
Once these tasks are complete, I think we should ask a select group of beta testers to review and play with the site for a month or so. In parallel, I'll be finishing up some behind-the-scenes tasks on the server.
Target launch date for the parity release: 7/1/2012.
