This is the procedure for updating an IAC Member’s record on IAC.org. It includes directions for password reset.
- Log in to IAC.org (We assume you have administrator privileges).
- Navigate to https://www.iac.org/user-list
- Start typing the member's name in the Filter by Name box.
- A drop down box will appear, hopefully with the name you are looking for. Note: Some members use their full first name while others use a nickname, e.g. Robert vs. Bob. We have no control over this, so if you don't find the member on the first try, try variations of their first name.
- Click on the full name in the drop box.
- Click on Apply
The system will then display a line of information about the user. Clicking on the Edit link will let you modify the user's record, clicking on their name will show more detailed info about the user, and clicking on their email address will open an email composition window.
You can modify any fields on the edit page, but any changes to the email field will be overwritten when the system processes the next nightly EAA member download.
Near the top of the page you will also see a link entitled My Profile. Clicking that will let you edit additional details, but as with the email address, any changes you make to EAA-supplied fields will be overwritten. Those fields are:
- IAC number
- EAA number
- Member Thru
- Address1, City, State, Zip Code, and Country
- Phone
